- appointment and drop off at 7am (they said by 9am it would be ready
- conveniently received a text update at 8:17am that my car was ready
- it was easy to setup the appt during the week of and the check out process was super easy

Service Center Review: I highly recommend that TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. While the font desk person was kind and available for assistance, the representative (Aaron) I dealt with showed a lack of patience and respect in his dealings with me.
They told my brother that it would cost around $450 dollars to replace the key to his (fairly old) Prius. When I went to go pick it up for him (because he's out of town), they gave me a bill for over $900!!
My attempt to clarify any potential miscommunication resulted in nothing more then a snarky attitude on his end, and threats to hold the car until the full bill was paid, claiming that they had a lean on the car.
Look forward to a hefty amount of generalizations and lying. I will never consider servicing any vehicle at this center.
Look through other reviews. Many have had similar experiences. The numbers don't lie... but the employees at this service center do. -

Bought car from here, and when I bought was talked into the maintenance package. I asked what it covered the fiancé guy told me everything. Well he lied, today I was hit by a $1000 bill. I complained and was told the manager would call me. another lie. The service is okay minus the lying.
Would recommend finding another place to buy and do maintenance. -

I have to say Aaron is one of the best salesman I've ever encountered. Showed me every type of model there is as far as a Toyota. It was me a bit confusing but I got the right car that's great for me. Aaron is a caring understanding and very accommodating. Gave me a great deal and saved me bucks. Thanks Aaron!
